Bundle Visits

Rooted & Ready, Baby Bundle: Use within 6 months of purchase.

Getting Rooted Bundle: Use within 6 months of purchase.

Postnatal Essentials Bundle: Use within 3 months of birth.

Scheduling window: Book visits at least 48–72 hours in advance. Same-day or next-day appointments are subject to availability and may incur a $50 priority scheduling fee.

Cancellation & rescheduling: Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled visit forfeit that visit unless rescheduled within the same week. No-shows are counted as a used visit.

Non-transferable: Packages are purchased for one client and one baby. They may not be shared, gifted, or transferred to another person.

Refund policy: Packages are non-refundable once the first visit has been completed. If canceled before the first appointment, unused visits may be refunded on a pro-rated basis at the full, non-discounted individual per-visit rate, minus a 20% administrative fee.

NICU Admission pause: The package expiration clock pauses for the duration of any NICU stay and resumes upon discharge. We may request documentation of admission and discharge dates.
